Are your jewellery pieces handmade?
Selected Loved by Ro jewellery pieces are handmade by Ro. As natural gemstones and freshwater pearls are unique, slight variations in colour, shape and size are part of their beauty.

Do you accept returns?
Please choose carefully, as we don’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If an item is faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact us. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

When will my order be sent?
Orders are packed with care and dispatched as quickly as possible. Tracking will be provided where available.
